incident name display remains 'New Incident' after loading of a named continued incident #699

At some point it resolved itself - not sure when.

Check the transcript for related tracebacks, and try to duplicate the issue.

Duplicated the problem. No tracebacks.

Opening and accepting the options dialog updated the top-left incident name display. So, this fix should be simple...
