team table is too high after hiding all tabs #717

Actually, spacer tabs shouldn't show a table (or notes line) at all.

Combine this with clearing the tabWidget when there are less than two entries in extTeamNameList.

Also, to reduce confusion, hiding the rightmost visible tab should then selects the new rightmost visible tab - rather than selecting the final spacer which leaves the team table area solid white.
