Explore the topic of sending blurb-and-link, hierarchical-attention-span training emails on a regular basis to the whole sar list.
The email would cater to 10-to-30-second attention span, with a picture or two as a hook, but still having a few key bullet points for folks who won't take time to go further, and a link to the next level, which could be a page on sar-techs.org (keep in mind, that site is NOT specific to Nevada County), which caters to the 2-minute attention span, which has some links to other sites.
Discussed a few times with current ground team leaders and also with Del. Probably we should just develop some of these and show the proposal. The key point is that emails might be the only way we can 'host' a training 'event' that would reach everyone on the list... normal ground team training turnouts are 5-15 people.
This would definitely need a separate repo - building the list of topics would be a good starting point.
