Hi Rafa-Sospedra,
There was a specific case where if the API call failed, it would remove the recordings. This was resolved in our most recent release (5.2.2). This may not be your specific issue but I would recommend updating to 5.2.2 and see if the problem persists.
If the problem continues, can you check the cron for more information or possible errors?

Since approximately the beginning of May, the plugin has not worked well on any of my websites, at least some of its functions.
Specifically, the recordings do not appear. From the zoom website the recording is made, but it does not appear in the recordings section created by the plugin within Moodle.
I have some pages where it is working perfectly with an old version of the plugin. Version 5.1.1. The site where it does not work well works with 5.2.1
