8 years ago This should be a html table, properly referenced to Wischmeier and Smith 1978 (as referenced in Haan et al., but I was able to digg out the original report from a wiki document). The best for it would probably be here http://ncsu-osgeorel.github.io/erosion-modeling-tutorial/cfactor.html so that it can be referenced by misc. courses, tutorials, or projects. The original reference is USDA federal report and thus in public domain.
