Better label for the "less than" ("other") group in pie charts #12

The implementation of #1 says "Less than (1%)". There is probably a better way to say it while convening the information that these are all the categories with less then 1% being represented (although together they may make up significant portion of the pie chart.

Please let me know the best way to put it since I can't find the best word for it. I understand that 1% could be significant, but it is difficult to visualize them without merging them together.

Many fixes are title and labels. I don't have a good idea of those especially since we use a few variables to filter the data especially Temporal and Country sections. It is very helpful if you provide me example titles and labels for the chart. I will fix it accordingly.
