Add X and Y axis labels to temporal charts #4

To be clear about what the number means without need to describe it elsewhere.

This would be "Year" and "Month" depending on the chart for X.

The Y axis labels would be "Count", "Quantity", "Percentage of count" or "% of count", "Percentage of quantity".

In addition to this each subplot should have a title like in the case of pie charts, i.e. "Count" and "Quantity".

The Y axis label may by replaced by having a title for each subplot, but we need to evaluate that later once we see how the above looks like.
