Add XLSX, ODS to Cut Flower Release Program schedule load #186

The CFRP schedule is a table which can only be loaded as CSV (our current extracted CSV schedule file). Given that we support XLSX and ODS elsewhere, adding these formats would help consistency and may ease the use.
