Add basic Excel-oriented import-export example #188

Here's a basic version of the example notebooks demonstrating the Excel import and export options. I used the simple format (not the "user friendly" one). Let me know if there's anything that would be useful to add.

Uses Python API to run the simulation (not CLI).

The notebook is computed.
