Start of notebook example to demonstrate using tool with Excel configuration.

Ideas for improvement:

Change consignment input file to be more generic
Create generic sample consignment data to include in repo to demonstrate parameter based and input file based consignment generation
Maybe change "flowers" to "commodity" in configuration (may already be done)
Include example of varying contamination by origin/commodity
