Remove dependency on Blueprint #56

Sanity Check

We currently use Blueprint and Bootstrap as our boilerplates for CSS. We should not be using two CSS frameworks at the same time since they both do the same thing. Blueprint needs to be phased out and Bootstrap needs to be used.
