Remove Blueprint #71

I went through all of the templates and removed every instance where we were using blueprint. This needs a quick run-through in case Ive missed something, but I believe that everything is there.

I think you forgot to add bootstrap and remove blueprint. I took care of it in dev but make sure everything looks okay.
