Feature Request: Set image size #11

Thanks for the free ids driver wrappers!

I'd like to be able to run my cameras at lower resolution by setting camera width, camera height, and subsampling. Without it I don't have enough bandwidth on my usb interface to avoid dropping frames, and the bindings crash.
