ADC conversion rate is on order of 15khz (long time between read cmd and ADC latching out data) #13

Fixed last week. Problem was due to lack of solder connection on some pins of the ADC (digit input and power pins). Max conversion rate is estimated to be on the order of +200kHz (with 11MHz clk, 2 channels per conversion). With the full 32MHz implementation, max conversion rate should increase to +600kHz.
