Add instructions for archlinux #43

I added packages for arch and a quick way to install all of them (and update them). I don't know about debian/ubuntu/fedora but in arch its practically sinful to not use packages -- just running make install means that your package manager can't track dependencies etc.

And apparently you can use cmake to make debs and rpms. Same story with setup.pys. So we could have automatically built packages for all. I know it's not the most pressing issue, but it should be easy enough and it would be nice to have a single, simple way for everyone to get & update the same software

Hey Jacob,

sorry for the delaying in responding, Next semester we are going to be using this library (https://www.picotech.com/downloads/linux) and I am unsure if it will be compatible with archLinux, im not very familiar with archLinux would love some details though. I like the rpm idea if it's something that would work for Ubuntu, Debian, and other linuxes without too much of an issue.
