2021 Deferred Harvest Methodology Section: No Section Indicated

Comment: I strongly recommend the NCX proposal not be approved based on 1) flaws in the method’s underlying approach, 2) lack of transparency, and importantly 3) the larger effect in undermining public confidence in the voluntary market generally.
