2021 Deferred Harvest Methodology Section: 11.3 b) (Appendix A)

Comment: Page 37, item iii states: “The query and raw results are reproduced in Appendix B. Responses were summarized and reported by state; see table below for an example of summarized results for Alabama (Butler et al. 2021)." However, these results are missing from Appendix B.

Proposed Change: Please provide the missing information.
