NCX response: We agree that accounting for uncertainty is very important in any forest carbon project. Our revised methodology propagates and accounts for uncertainty and requires a deduction associated with the uncertainty of carbon stocks in the project and baseline scenarios.

Comment: I might be wrong but I understood that the uncertainty related to the above ground live tree biomass estimations is based only on sampling errors. Thus, the bigger the sample, the smaller the error ? Is the uncertainty based on the use of models, allometric equations, expansion factors etc. taken into account ? If so, then how ?
