Setup Timezone #17

How to Set Timezone, is it set to Indonesian Time Because When I send Schedule Msg It not send on Indian Time

I think this changes the timezone of the operating system, mine was GMT 00:00, I put Brazil time on Linux GMT -3:00 and it worked just fine.
