fastqtk => ERROR: Counter too small! #184

FusionCatcher v1.30 in some rare cases crashes due to error given by fastqtk tool, that is ERROR: Counter too small!. See: https://github.com/ndaniel/fastqtk/issues/4

The fix is to reinstall manually fastqtk.
