Bootstrap install of Velvet fails #194

It looks like velvet is no longer being hosted at http://www.ebi.ac.uk/~zerbino/velvet/velvet_1.2.10.tgz. I found the same release on github: https://github.com/dzerbino/velvet/archive/refs/tags/v1.2.10.tar.gz

Velvet is not needed by FusionCatcher (if the default options are used). So probably it should be removed.
