Possibility of Python 3 Port #199

Hello,

I was wondering if any thoughts or questions have been raised in the past about porting the project to Python 3, given the unsupported status of Python 2. I couldn't find any references in existing issues, so I'm wondering what your opinions are.

I know porting such a large project with dependencies isn't a simple task, so consider this more of an inquiry than a request :)

I was wondering if there is any interest in moving fusioncatcher towards an existing pipeline framework, for example Snakemake?
