Please add annotation of fusion breakpoint to predicted protein sequence #215

Hi, I am particulary interested in the protein sequence generated by fusioncatcher. I have been unable to match the fusion sequence to the predicted fused transcript or the predicted fused protein. Is there a way to do this in fusioncatcher? Otherwise, could some symbol be inserted into the protein sequence to mark the breakpoint? Thanks.
