Problems

Subscribed AND Stickied -- Subscribed == Stickied
Subscribed AND Locked --- Locked > Subscribed
Stickied AND Locked --- Stickied > Locked

Mods can only see combinations with removed, so just let that one have precedence over the other it may be combined with:

Removed > *

What happens when a thread is subscribed AND sticked?

Removed (i.e. only mods see them)
Sticky (i.e. check it out)
Locked (i.e. go away)
Subscribed
