Need a check from another source/method for incident radiation, including IR portion. IR, per Trenberth is 333 W/m^2, much bigger than solar. Need to check global average of total solar flux at surface , per Trenberth is 161 W/m^2.

Now have check on global power to calibrate against trenberth. Add IR power and perform same global calibration trenberth

The correct way to count power is VIS - net IR up which will increase sensitivity. A fix in progress
