Bioconda and CRAN together is pretty tricky... even with renv...

[x] depricate sceasy:: functions in "pre_process_helpers.R"
[x] temporarily depricate importing Seurat / Loom / SingleCellExperiment
[x] rewrite Seurat import (without sceasy) and/or add sceasy / Bioconductor import to exampel scripts
