heatmap not created without sample annotation

There is no heatmap created when there is no sample annotation selected. For the Domenico data set I get the error:

Warning: Error in [[<-.data.frame: replacement has 23 rows, data has 0
  [No stack trace available]

[ ] add to the configuration instructions the fact that the annotation tables need to at least have the data matrix indices as colums sample_ID (obs) and feature_name (var)
[ ] need to disable "aggregate" heatmap option for the degenerate case where there is NO meta-data for samples to agreggate by

good point. But, I also noticed that when there is feature annotation selected the heatmap does get created.
