Collapse heatmap #85

This collapses the heatmap with a checkbox. Currently it only does the full heatmap. Not sure if we want it for both heatmaps. Looks quite nice. Will look even better if there is some annotation color bar on the side.

I am currently working on some other changes to this same code so merging might not be the best way to get it into the code. If you don't mind I might simply copy this functionality into the branch I have been working and merge once. (Also don't want to merge the .yml and .Rproj)

@ergonyc no problem. That is my mistake. Still getting uses to on the collaboration part in github.
