Additional Details

I tried the HID report viewer, but it doesn't show much (just 01 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00) and when I press the button nothing changes

the controller works smoothly on android/pc/xbox.

I can't remember whether the hid report viewer build I've attached to the template is up to date. Give this one a try just to be sure that's not the issue first. hid_report_viewer.zip

If you're still getting the same results, check if your controller has any alternative modes it can be started in. On some controllers not all modes will work with the console.

After several key combinations to find a different mode I found "home + start" and now the controller works without any problem \o/

Sorry for the request (useless in fact), but at least it will be useful if ever someone has the same controller as me.
