apply_template method under NiceCXNetwork does NOT clear previous styles #89

It looks like NiceCXNetwork.apply_template() does NOT clear previous styles when applying the template. This causes duplicate nodes:default, network edges:default entries to exist.

NiceCXNetwork.apply_template() now clears previous style.
