ndex2 on conda

Hello,

I created a tool that is using your ndex2 python package to request NDEx. I would like to make my tool available on bioconda but I currently can't do it because ndex2 is not avaiblable there. Would you be able to make ndex2 available on bioconda or conda?

That is a good idea to get ndex2 on conda. I see they have instructions. I am just swamped with other tasks right now so I'm not sure when I'll get to it.

I haven't updated recipes yet, so I don't know exactly the steps to follow. I think you could follow the recipe creation:

• fork bioconda
• update recipe file ndex2.yaml (hash code, version, url, requirements if its necessary)
• then send pull request (PR) with title starting with "Update"

I automatically generated the recipe from PyPI using grayskull pypi ndex2. So if you update before the package in PyPI, you already do majority of the job.

I found also this page dedicated to recipe updating in bionconda.
