Consider supporting iOS 9 #7

Right now we support iOS 10 and above which means iPhone 5 and above (and we should probably target 10.3.3), other options:

iOS 10.3.3: iPhone 5S, iPad Air, iPad mini 2 (A6 processor, 32 bit, dual core)
iOS 9.3.5: iPhone 4S / iPad 2 / iPad mini (A5 processor, 32 bit, dual core)
iOS 7.1.2: iPhone 4 (A4 processor, 32 bit, single core)
