IND Region #3

I have been getting LOGIN Failed while trying to login in https://smartathome.co.uk/smartlife/index.html The region in my mobile app is India. Could this be the reason ?

Hard to know. Have you tried all 3 regions on the website? Are there any weird characters in your password? Can you try changing it to something simpler briefly?

Someone else reported something similar here (https://github.com/ndg63276/smartlife/issues/9), but it still works ok for me.

Yep. Tried all 3 regions. Password is also a very simple one :/

Then I'm pretty much out of ideas. I don't have any access to the Smart Life servers or logs, so all I can do is test with my credentials.

For me I had to use email instead of username (actually I don't even remember putting a username when creating the account)
