The Block Manager currently saves settings as Disallowed Blocks - the block types that you DON'T show visibility controls on. This has two problems:
1) Not all blocks are present in the Block Manager, so we can't remove access to those via the Block Manager (https://github.com/ndiego/block-visibility/issues/48).
2) When new blocks get introduced, one must go in and manually remove access to the new type of blocks. Using an Allowed Blocks list would prevent this.
What is your proposed solution?
Allow indicating and saving which types of Blocks can use visibility controls in either an Allowed OR Disallowed list (whichever makes more sense for people's needs).
What problem does this address?
