I am using the heteroplasmy detection feature and I am getting this error: 8279 bp assembledsubstr outside of string at NOVOPlasty4.3.1.pl line 11093. The numbers change for different samples or kmer values but I get the error for lots of different kmer values and for several samples. Do you know why this is happening and what I can do about it?
