I can't get NOVOPlasty to work. #214

Hello, how are you? I have a problem. I'm trying to use NOVOPlasty through Anaconda. I managed to download it, but every time I input the information to perform the assembly, it only opens a file in Notepad, even after I've already configured the configuration file.

Which command are you running? For conda you should type this: NOVOPlasty4.3.3.pl -c config.txt depending on the version you have installed, you need to change the command
