Visualization with Circos #225

Hi, to generate the Circos visualization for fish mitochondrial DNA, you have to manually update the annotation file. Is it possible to use the annotations from the MitoFish annotator?

Sure, as long as you use the same format, make sure to adjust the total length in the config file
