Configuration in code rather than with UI #50

It would be great if it would be possible to provide settings with configuration file rather than in UI. For example, I'm working with monorepo with integrated Sanity studio in several websites that use same Sanity project Id, and I want to have a separate deploy button in each Studio, but right now if I add deploy button in one studio, it is displayed in all of them.

It also will allow to get rid of "Add project" button in production
