Improve accessibility for layout and spacing #59

Description

This PR improves the spacing and layout for better readability.

Notable changes:

Line height: Should ideally be somewhere between 1.5 and 2. I like using 1.618 (the golden ratio).
Paragraph spacing: Should be around 2em.
Line width: A line of text should be ~70 characters. I find that 33rem tends to achieve that.

Anything other changes are to accommodate the ones listed above.

Awesome! We've really not played with CSS at all yet but just getting it started, and we'll still have a long way to go here eventually. The font is an great choice. Heck yeah! I approve.
