Upgrade PhoneGap Support from 1.5 to 2.7 #175

Support the latest version of PhoneGap.

We have noticed that the Plugin Framework has evolved considerably from 1.5 to 
2.7. As a result the OpenMobster PhoneGap JavaScript API has changed during 
this update.

This will require existing JavaScript code to be mildly ported if you want to 
use the PhoneGap 2.7 version
