update macros escaping patch to apply cleanly to redmein trunk as of 2011-10-24

Hi RoadRunnr,

Sorry for long delay, I didn't do anything with this plugin for quite some time, as I work on it only on "as needed for my own purposes" basis.

Recently I had to upgrade my Redmine to 1.3.0 and, therefore, I had to perform patching for Redmine 1.3.0, patch is available on http://www.ndl.kiev.ua/content/redmine-wiki-external-filter-plugin - one thing that I changed in newer patch version is that it now should respect macros escaping and "pre" blocks properly.

What was the version of Redmine that you've done your patch against? If it is distinct from 1.3.0 - if you do not mind, I would put it on plugin homepage, specifying to which version it applies to, so if some people are still using versions between 1.0.2 and 1.3.0 - they still have the patch to apply - I don't know if separate patch for intermediate versions is required, though, as I didn't try to update to any of the intermediate versions.
