What are the conditions for use and redistribution of this software? #1

luna.c doesn't seem to be covered by a license. Under what conditions is the software available, and under what conditions is it not?

You're right, it's now under MPL v1.1 ( 85dfc2c817a83b6999ea929c2d70cafb74fe402e ).
