[Feature request] Add image support to emscripten build #16

At the moment luna-web only allows importing xml and lua files, while luna itself also allows for bmp files, maybe bmputil could be added in to the mix given Qt supports emscripten and that way manual conversion isn't needed

PS: Github Pages can be enabled on the repository too for ease of access to luna-web

Probably just a matter of rebuilding the latest version with emscripten, but yeah it would be good to have on GitHub pages. And make it build with CI while we're at it...
