Feature Request: Allow dice with 0

I have games where the D10 ranges from 0-9. Of course it works this way already with using the 10 as 0 but real word d10 also have 0-9

Thanks for this suggestion as well, I had forgotten about the 0. I'll add it as an option.

If you ever come around to this, could you add the option also for 2-sided dice? (0-1 as an alternative to 1-2).
