Hello,

I fixed the issue #20 in this repository and updated the manuals to apply an update in an existing installation of this repository, these are the fixed issues:

Deleted '_DATABASENAME' in the install SQL scripts
Deleted '_DATABASENAME' in the update SQL scripts
Updated manuals for the updates 1.2 and 1.3
