Add subject or discipline field to the resource record #11

Add a subject or discipline field (repeatable) to the resource record.

This would allow resources to be searched by the subject or field that they cover. It would also allow for the creation of subject based finding aids using CORAL data which is a wish of Texas A&M and UT Tyler, among others.

Still unsure of how best to accomplish this when there is a desire for both broad categories and more narrow subject specific disciplines. Potentially a single field could be used with subject customizable in the Admin page. Broad/narrow could be accomplished using something similar to 'Engineering -- Chemical' or 'Engineering -- Electrical' with the first part being the broad category.
