Fixed issue #43 'Not validated forms'

Hello, I fixed the issue #43 in this repository, these are the changes:

• Validated the admin forms to avoid add/edit data without a value
• Realigned code

@Cesarfr I think realigning the code should be a separate commit so that it is easier to see the other changes you made. Could you try splitting this into two commits (one for the realignment, another one for form validation)?
