Translation of resources module (issue #42) #54

this pull request fixes translation of the resources module (that was not mergable anymore because of some other merge)

(be careful about php-gettext package as well as locale setup when testing this pull request)

@PaulPoulain I merged the Resources form validation pull request, which contained a few error strings that need translating.
