Should only impact database interaction.

We've found some bugs in this, and it's not ready to be merged at this point. We'll try and get it cleaned up and working next week.

I've completed a fresh install, as well as utilizing this with an existing database and everything I tested appeared to work.

I think we can merge this unless someone else wants to test it first.
