Add Functor instances for GetOpt wrapper #54

Thanks - good spot!

Rather than add Functor for my copies of the data types, I just stopped copying the data types (and wondered to myself why I ever copied them in the first place). Can you confirm 9f4d85595f39556ff992d5d442fd617dfc25876c is a better solution for you, and if so I'll close this PR.

Thanks, I pushed out 0.10.20 with this fix.
